Refund policy
With our customer's happiness being our main priority, we are more than happy to offer a return policy. Please feel free to return your item for a full refund on standard orders. Contact us through email within 5 days of receiving your item.
For standard orders, Customers are responsible for shipping items on all returns unless they received a damaged item and are exchanging it for another item, in which case, we will send you a pre-paid return label. Items must be postmarked 7 days after receiving your pre-paid label. Please keep in mind that items must be returned in their original condition.
However, please note that custom orders are not eligible for return unless the item is damaged. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot accept returns on these items.
